Meanwhile, in this week’s Anomaly News round-up there are several articles of interest including a New York Times article, United States of Paranoia, about the people who feel they are the victims of Gang-Stalking. That article even touches on those who feel they are being attacked by E.L.F. mind control technology and Mystery Hum related phenomena. Two years ago, Jared Keller wrote another excellent and comprehensive article on the Mystery Hums that also touched on the mind control element but also documents the various research into finding the sounds ultimate source. Earlier this year, I myself experienced a series of mysterious deep humming like effects over a period of time.In this week’s news round-up we also have a new article from The Guardian about the Windsor Hum.
“Take all that money we spend on weapons and defenses each year and instead spend it feeding and clothing and educating the poor of the world, which it would pay for many times over, not one human being excluded, and we could explore space, together, both inner and outer, forever, in peace.”
“See, everyone got boners over the technology, and it was pretty incredible. Watching missiles fly down air vents, pretty unbelievable. But couldn’t we feasibly use that same technology to shoot food at hungry people? Know what I mean? Fly over Ethiopia, ‘There’s a guy that needs a banana!’ SHOOP. The Stealth Banana. Smart fruit!”
“Here’s the (somewhat combative) BBC Newsnight interview I did last night. I’m honestly always amazed when journalists seem flabbergasted – scandalized! – at the suggestion that perhaps one shouldn’t reflexively believe everything the CIA says.
They seem to think the CIA is renown all over the world for its sterling honesty and integrity.
(And again: Iraq WMD may be the most prominent example of deceit w/intelligence but it’s far from only one: it’s reflective of a long pattern. Yes, Bush/Cheney WH “stove-piped” intelligence, but the revisionist attempt to excuse CIA as bullied victim on Iraq is inane. Even CIA admits fault: http://nation.time.com/2012/09/06/iraq-how-the-cia-says-it-blew-it-on-saddams-wmd/) ”
“The charge of Russian interference essentially boils down to the absurd premise that perhaps hundreds of thousands of Clinton supporters suddenly decided to switch their votes to Trump when they read the leaked emails of Podesta. Either that or they tuned in to RT America and decided to vote for the Green Party.”
Emails were leaked, not hacked (Audio advert autoplay)
“…skepticism is warranted not only by technical realities, but also by human ones, including the dramatis personae involved. Mr. Clapper has admitted giving Congress on March 12, 2013, false testimony regarding the extent of NSA collection of data on Americans. Four months later, after the Edward Snowden revelations, Mr. Clapper apologized to the Senate for testimony he admitted was “clearly erroneous.” That he is a survivor was already apparent by the way he landed on his feet after the intelligence debacle on Iraq.
Mr. Clapper was a key player in facilitating the fraudulent intelligence.”
“it is a major mystery why U.S. intelligence feels it must rely on “circumstantial evidence,” when it has NSA’s vacuum cleaner sucking up hard evidence galore. What we know of NSA’s capabilities shows that the email disclosures were from leaking, not hacking.”
“Because NSA can trace exactly where and how any “hacked” emails from the Democratic National Committee or other servers were routed through the network, it is puzzling why NSA cannot produce hard evidence implicating the Russian government and WikiLeaks. Unless we are dealing with a leak from an insider, not a hack, as other reporting suggests. From a technical perspective alone, we are convinced that this is what happened.”
US Govt Data Shows Russia Used Outdated Ukrainian PHP Malware
The IP addresses that DHS provided may have been used for an attack by a state actor like Russia. But they don’t appear to provide any association with Russia. They are probably used by a wide range of other malicious actors, especially the 15% of IP addresses that are Tor exit nodes.
The malware sample is old, widely used and appears to be Ukrainian. It has no apparent relationship with Russian intelligence and it would be an indicator of compromise for any website.
You can find a public repository containing the data used in this report on github.
As always I welcome your comments. Please note that I will delete any political comments. Our goal in this report is to merely analyze the data DHS provided and share our findings.

Not Russian hackers: Brit arrested for cyberattack on Germany blamed on Moscow
“NBC is reporting that the document was not reviewed by DHS, the Justice Department, the State Department, or the Department of Defense, and that National Security Council lawyers were prevented from evaluating it. Moreover, the New York Times writes that
Customs and Border Protection and U.S. Citizen and Immigration Services, the agencies tasked with carrying out the policy, were only given a briefing call while Trump was actually signing the order itself. Yesterday, the Department of Justice gave a “no comment” when asked whether the Office of Legal Counsel had reviewed Trump’s executive orders—including the order at hand. (OLC normally reviews every executive order.)
This order reads to me, frankly, as though it was not reviewed by competent counsel at all.”
“That is to say, the administration is testing the extent to which the DHS (and other executive agencies) can act and ignore orders from the other branches of government. This is as serious as it can possibly get: all of the arguments about whether order X or Y is unconstitutional mean nothing if elements of the government are executing them and the courts are being ignored.”

“It turns out – not to be a spoiler, or anything – that Putin’s long game looks remarkably like what is customarily the long game for the United States; ensuring by various non-violent means a receptiveness to national interests. Although when the United States does it, it should not be imagined to be sinister in any way, because the United States is a dedicated international philanthropist which consistently works for mutual benefit, and would never abuse a trade-based economic arrangement for its own benefit or use the threat of its mighty military to intimidate an ally into compliance. Whereas Vladimir Putin’s foreign policy boils down to sucking the life-force from hapless countries too weak to resist his bony-fingered embrace, like the pitiful Podlings in The Dark Crystal.”

“The bad news: Austin just awarded an unconscionable corp. $12+mill, wasting it on body cams that won’t provide true police accountability + another $5+mill on iPhones they didn’t need (all that software is available for droids). The good news: for the first time ever, we, the people, have gotten APD to change video retention/disclosure policies for the better. Taser won by outright lying in the 11th hour (more on that later), but we have made a precedent-setting impact nonetheless. Have I mentioned lately Taser is evil????”

Marrero said Mateen would lie among the bodies for a time so police couldn’t see him.
… The next day, lying in his hospital bed at Orlando Regional Medical Center, Marrero says he saw Mateen’s picture on television and immediately recognized him. “I said ‘This guy was right next to me buying a drink,'” Marrero said.
His account of Mateen’s whereabouts in the hours before the shooting could not immediately be verified. Marrero said he gave that account to investigators. The FBI declined to comment and has not provided a timeline accounting for Mateen’s movements that night.
The lieutenant governor of Texas is drawing criticism for tweeting a Bible verse hours after an attack at an Orlando, Fla. nightclub catering to the LGBT community left 50 people dead and many more injured. Dan Patrick tweeted a photo with the words from Galatians 6:7: “Do not be deceived. God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows,” on Sunday morning. That tweet was later deleted.
Orlando Police Chief John Mina told a news conference on Monday there is a “misconception that we didn’t do anything for three hours. I’m trying to clarify that’s absolutely not true.”
Mina said during that period, his officers were “in and out” of Pulse rescuing people, including at one point pulling an A/C unit out of a dressing room wall to rescue survivors.
The FBI transcripts state that Mateen said he was an “Islamic soldier” and that he had planed a car bomb, and that he had a vest like they “used in France,” likely in reference to the suicide bomb vests several of the killers in the Paris attacks possessed.
According to the FBI timeline, there were only two short time periods when bullets were flying inside Pulse — at the very beginning and the very end — and that has given rise to many questions about whether police bullets accidentally struck and killed some of the 49 victims of the shooting.
Mina refused to say what the probe into the shooting has uncovered so far.
“That’s all part of the investigation,” Mina said. “But those killings are all on the suspect.”
Inevitable pop-culture sync references to the Cheney / Whittington / Scalia shooting include a May 2007 episode of Family Guy (season 5, episode 18) called “Meet the Quagmires” in which a history altering time-travel plot reveals a timeline in which “the Dick Cheney hunting accident” involved “the ‘Chairman of Halliburton’ accidentally shot and killed Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, political campaign advisor Karl Rove, and conservative media consultant Tucker Carlson.” (Video)
Meanwhile, Piers Morgan joked about the “Most Dangerous Game” theme with Scalia in a 2012 interview (Video) and cartoonist Pat Bagley of the Salt Lake Tribune drew a strip featuring rocket-launcher-toting hunting-buddies Dick & Antonin. Scalia says he is bringing the “beer” but Cheney hears “deer” and shoots.
“…yet another in a long series of “strange” teaching exercises that have been enacted repeatedly at schools in England. In my 2013 lecture, The Fantastic Facts About UFOs, Altered States of Consciousness, and Mind-at-Large – UFOs & Consciousness: Part Two, I mentioned that there had been at least nine such events like this between 2008 and 2013 in which the Department for Children, Schools and Families had employed staged scenarios involving UFO crashes, alien abductions of teachers, a bloody crime scene, and even a terrifying World War 3 simulation involving sirens, videos of global catastrophe, and fireworks. Well they are at it again…”

On Dec 22. Jones reported while on air that the Police Chief of Austin had previously informed him that they had arrested someone who came to town awhile back to kill Jones.
Jones said: “He said man you know somebody came here to kill you. You don’t know about that? And I said no–we ought to look into it. And he goes, you know we had people on that and we stopped them and took them in but then they had to be released.
But I can’t get into it because of court reasons and stuff. And then I get sent this whole file and called by a detective from L.A. where this guy came here and went to all my last known locations and was staked out to kill me.”
“They sent State Police [in California] and he killed one of them and then they killed him,” Jones said.
